Harmony Hill Wellness & Organic Spa Retreat is located high in the picturesque hills of Southern Tasmania, just twenty minutes from Hobart. Set on 42 acres of stunning bush land with ocean and mountain views, where you will wake up to the sound of birds singing in the trees, the retreat is the perfect getaway from the everyday stress of your day to day life. Harmony Hill combines a range of Eastern and Western natural practices with a focus on Ayurvedic principles, delivered by world class therapists recruited from India, in undoubtedly one of the most secluded, relaxing locations in Australia. Growing up in Japan, founder Ami Nakamura has been able to read energies and use her spiritual instincts to heal people her entire life. On her first visit to Tasmania in 1997 she discovered the pure and beautiful healing energy in Australia’s most southern state and knew this was the place she needed to create her own retreat. On a five day retreat guests will experience individual spiritual counseling, daily Ayurvedic therapies, meditation and yoga classes, bush walking, in room spa, access to infared sauna, time for individual relaxation and reflection, and all healthy vegetarian meals that are designed to detox are delivered to guests eco accommodation. "Many people who visit Harmony Hill come to me completely run down from stress, they have been pushed to the limits and forgotten how to wind down and relax. It gives me great joy to heal their mind and body, and see them leave after five days completely renewed with a smile on their face,” says Founder Ami Nakamura. All treatments are given using Harmony Harvest Organic Skincare products, developed and made on site by Ami herself.
