The Performance Pilates Perth studio uses specially designed, spring loaded equipment to assist you to correct faulty movement patterns through neuromuscular re-education. Our Anti Gravity Yoga Classes incorporate both gentle and challenging movements allow you to increase your overall health & physical agility, including spine decompression with zero compression yoga – namely, by using inversions or “upside down” hanging, as one of many movements in the class.
