OVERVIEW
At body fit massage we are a women's only clinic specializing in holistic pregnancy massage treatments that nurture both mother and baby safely through all three trimesters of pregnancy and post natal care. We are also, certified by the Infant Massage Information Service to teach infant massage. These skills will help to settle your baby and help your baby to sleep better, create a beautiful bond between mother and baby and help with wind, constipation, colic and reflux issues. Plus, we offer holistic counselling services for perinatal and post natal depression to help mums be the strongest and happiest forms of themselves.
