Define Mums and Bubs Bootcamp is designed for mums (and dads) of all ages and stages of pregnancy and post pregnancy.
Our qualified Pre and Post Natal Personal Trainers quickly adapt each exercise to work with you and your bub offering a safe way to exercise. Over the years our Mums, Bubs and Kids have built new long-standing friendships and we are proud to say that most of our founding Mums are still with us today.

Our Mums and Bubs Bootcamp sessions are held outdoors Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Brisbane and run for 45 minutes. The Studio is available to Define Mums and Bubs when weather permits.
