We are a small boutique Pilates studio with the personal touch. We Provide Pilates Mat, props and studio classes. We also have a pregnancy and post-natal program. Our classes are run by Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors. We have specialised classes for everybody of all ages and fitness levels. We also offer Physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
