OVERVIEW
Soul Flow is a boutique yoga space offering a full timetable of Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin and Naam classes, as well as yoga, meditation, health, wellbeing and therapeutic workshops. This space has come into being through the shared passions of Enza De Luca, a senior Kundalini teacher, Enza’s daughter Vanessa, a Vinyasa teacher, and Vanessa’s partner Alex, a psychologist. This trio brings their experience in yoga, meditation and mental health to create a unique studio with a holistic approach to health. Soul Flow Yoga’s vision is to create a supportive community environment by offering a balance of yoga styles, each with a unique benefit to overall health and wellbeing
