Massage styles include Remedial, Shiatsu ( traditional Japanese bodywork ) and Thai massage. Our view is to assist in maintaining the flow of energy and vitality in the mind and body and to assist in bringing balance and well-being back into focus. Feelings of relaxation, relief of muscle tension and a sense of happiness, peace and calm is the experience of a treatment from Oriental therapies.
